DARJEELING GANGTOK TOUR PLAN (5NIGHT - 6DAYS) 

Day 01: ARRIVAL AND TRANSMISSION

As you arrive at the New Jalpaiguri Railway Station / Bagdogra Airport / Tenzing Norgay Bus Stand among our tourist representative assisting with the transfer to Darjeeling.

Upon arrival in Darjeeling, complete the hotel check-in procedures. Relax for a while. Later, the evening becomes a time for relaxation. You are free to walk down the Mall street or go to the malls at popular shopping malls. Up all night.

Day 02: DARJEELING

The second day starts very early. Get up at 3:45 a.m. for a short trek to Tiger Hill to enjoy an unforgettable view of the sunrise (depending on the clear weather). On the way back, visit other attractions including Ghoom Monastery, War Memorial and Batasia Loop. Later, return to the hotel for breakfast. Send breakfast, continue sightseeing including Padmaja Naidu Zoological Park, Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, Ropeway, Tibetan Refugee Self Help Center, Tea Estate, Natural History Museum and Peace Pagoda.

  Enjoy the beautiful view of the green tea gardens and snow-capped mountains as you ride the Cable Ride to the Rangit Valley from Darjeeling. Take a tour of Darjeeling's green tea gardens while the fragrance fills your nostrils. The evening is free. Up all night.

                                                                     Day 03: DARJEELING - GANGTOK

Today, find assisted transfers from Darjeeling to Gangtok. As you arrive, check into the hotel. Later, leave a sightseeing tour. Visit Gangtok tourist attractions including Directorate of Handicrafts & Handloom, Research Institute of Tibetology, Do DrulChorten (Stupa), Enchey Monastery, White Hall and Flower Show. If time allows, you can visit Mall Street in the evening. Stay overnight in Gangtok.

DAY 04: INCREASE IN HIS TSOMGO (CHANGU) LAKE WITH BABA MANDIR

Early in the morning, send for breakfast, take a jeep to get to Tsomgo(Changu) Lake (12,400 ft), a sacred lake of high altitude. It is located on the Gangtok - Nathu La highway and derives its water from the melting snow of the mountains that cover the lake. In addition, you will visit BABA Mandir (13,200 ft.), 55 miles from Gangtok. After a tiring sightseeing tour, return to the hotel to stay overnight.

DAY 05: GANGTOK

The day is free with your personal work. You can walk around the city, visit the mall, nearby villages on foot. Overnight stay in Gangtok.

DAY 06 - TRAVEL

After breakfast proceed to NJP / Bagdogra on your return trip.
